HotScriptase is an extremely thermostable reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase in one enzyme, enabling rapid amplification of RNA or DNA target sequences in single or multiplex PCR assays, without the need for an isothermal reverse transcription step. Includes light blue dye for improved visibility.
