Oct4 (octamer-binding transcription factor) is also known as Oct3, POU5F1, Oct-3/4, Otf3 or NF-A3. It is belongs to POU transcription factor family, class-5 subfamily. Oct4 is the gatekeeper of pluripotency of embryonic stem cells and plays an extremely important role in maintaining pluripotency and self-renewal of embryonic stem cells. In addition, Oct4 may be involved in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.

The Oct4 antibody provided by CUSABIO has been validated in various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, IF and FC.
