Example Data Analysis
Paraffin embedded mouse intestine was treated with DNAse I to fragment the DNA. DNA strand breaks showed intense fluorescent staining in DNAse I treated sample (green, AF488) [left]. The tissue were counterstained with DAPI (blue) [right].
Formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) mouse enteritis tissue were stained with Elabscience® One-step TUNEL Assay Kit (Green, AF488) [left] and other commercial TUNEL Assay Kit (Green) [right]
