Presently, Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) has achieved appreciable advances, particular in the therapy for solid or hematological tumors. ADC approach was designed to incorporate antibodies and cytotoxic molecules, which could increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy and reduce its toxicity.
