Nanoparticle platform

It is difficult for small molecular weight proteins to generate an immune response due to their small molecular weight. Although the fusion of large tags can enhance the immune response, the structure of the target protein will also change, making it difficult to display the correct structure, and most of the immune generated antibodies are also antibodies that recognize tags.

CUSABIO has specially built a Nanoparticle technology platform based on HEK293 __expression__ system, which can enhance immune response, display the correct structure, and have complete biological activity.
